- El 8 de diciembre de 2024, fuerzas de élite integradas principalmente por Hayat Tahrir al-Sham tomaron el control de puntos clave de Damasco: la Casa de la Radio y la Televisión, el Banco Central, las principales rotondas de la ciudad, el palacio presidencial y las principales comisarías. En la provincia más pequeña de Siria se habían construido 11 cárceles para controlar la seguridad. Con la organización e instalación de “inmigrantes yihadistas” en los hogares de la mitad de los habitantes de la provincia, que se han convertido en refugiados y desplazados, Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham ha logrado controlar la situación de seguridad.

Las nuevas fuerzas de seguridad han fomentado lo que denominan “derecho privado”, lo que significa que un ciudadano suní que haya sido agraviado o que haya perdido a un mártir en su familia puede hacer valer sus derechos ante el vecino alauita más próximo a su domicilio o barrio. En los puestos de control de las nuevas autoridades, no se ha vuelto raro preguntar: “¿Eres alauita o suní?” Hubo provocaciones contra cristianos en sus barrios, que se limitaron tras las reacciones europeas.

- Se han recogido los expedientes de los trabajadores del sector público. Se ha decidido despedir a más del 28% de los funcionarios, cifra confirmada por los ministerios afectados.

- Los empleados de los servicios de seguridad, la policía y el ejército sirio han sido convocados, detenidos y procesados, con o sin acuerdos. Durante el primer mes no se pagaron los salarios de los empleados públicos de diversos sectores.

- Al-Charaa emitió un decreto por el que se concedían los rangos más altos del “Nuevo Ejército” (compuesto en parte por yihadistas extranjeros, principalmente de Asia Central: uigures, uzbekos, turquestaníes y otros) a 49 sirios y no sirios, que se convirtieron en generales, brigadieres y coroneles con una nota y un papel firmados por él. Una semana después, se completó la construcción de las nuevas unidades del ejército, dirigidas por un yihadista jordano-turco-egipcio. Miles de oficiales disidentes, a pesar de pertenecer a la secta suní, no fueron llamados a filas, y la opinión al respecto había sido expresada claramente hacía tiempo por Anas Jattab, que fue nombrado director de la inteligencia general y luego ministro del Interior: “No está permitido afiliarse a grupos y ejércitos que pertenezcan a la doctrina del patriotismo, porque son grupos heréticos, y su lucha no se libra por Dios, sino por la patria, y quien muere por la patria no puede ser llamado mártir, porque el martirio es un estatus puramente religioso, no una medalla de honor humana a la que la gente se somete por sus filosofías e ideas erróneas” (Anas Jattab, Decisión sobre la afiliación a grupos y ejércitos patrióticos).

- Quedó claro que el nuevo equipo quería monopolizar el control de los servicios de inteligencia, la seguridad interior y el ejército antes de abordar cualquier otra cuestión. En consecuencia, la afiliación suní, la educación religiosa y la voluntad de defender el “verdadero islam” se convirtieron en condiciones de empleo en la policía y los servicios de seguridad.

- Desde el establecimiento del primer gobierno de facto en Idlib, el objetivo del HTS ha sido controlar completamente los sindicatos, la acción colectiva y las diversas formas de sociedad civil. Los siete gobiernos de Idlib han confiscado los proyectos más importantes nacidos de iniciativas civiles y populares y los han puesto bajo su control. Hasta ahora, parece claro que el proceso de transferencia de este modelo distópico a Damasco está muy avanzado.

- El 29 de enero de 2025 se celebró la “Conferencia de la Victoria” que, basándose en el principio de que quien “libera” decide, disolvió el ejército, las instituciones de seguridad y policiales, así como los órganos de negociación, los partidos y los grupos sindicales... En su primera y última sesión, la Conferencia Militar de la Victoria se atribuyó los poderes del “pueblo de la solución y el contrato” y nombró a Ahmad al-Charaa presidente de la República, con potestad para formar un consejo constitucional, aprobar los principios constitucionales y formar un gobierno de transición.

- El 6 de marzo, un pequeño grupo de exsoldados tomó como rehenes a miembros del personal de seguridad. Ahmed al-Charaa declaró la movilización general contra los rebeldes, se hicieron llamamientos a la yihad en muchas mezquitas y se movilizaron todos los instintos sectarios latentes. Una quincena de facciones armadas, compuestas principalmente por yihadistas extranjeros, irrumpieron en la zona costera siria (Sahel) al grito de “Muerte a los alauíes”.

- En los cuatro días siguientes se documentaron 25 masacres, se verificaron 811 vídeos y se identificaron 2.246 víctimas. También tenemos una lista de 2.100 civiles alauitas desaparecidos. También se han identificado 42 víctimas de otras afiliaciones religiosas, asesinadas por su solidaridad con los civiles o por intentar esconderlos. Además, casi 30.000 personas siguen desplazadas o refugiadas en el norte de Líbano.

- El Sahel está al borde de una catástrofe humanitaria sin precedentes, con el 97% de la población viviendo por debajo del umbral de pobreza, más de 10.000 casos documentados de detenciones ilegales y desapariciones forzosas, y una oleada de despidos masivos de unos 2.000 funcionarios en los sectores de la sanidad y la educación.

- El 12 de marzo de 2025, la Presidencia siria anunció, en un decreto presidencial emitido por Ahmad al-Charaa*, la formación de un Consejo de Seguridad Nacional compuesto exclusivamente por dirigentes de Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham. Este consejo, formado por un grupo de personas cuyas manos están manchadas de sangre siria, tiene la misión de coordinar y gestionar las políticas del país.

- Nos acercamos al final del cuarto mes desde que el HTS entró en Damasco, y no se ha tomado ninguna decisión política respecto a la catastrófica situación económica en la que viven todos los habitantes de las zonas controladas por el HTS.

- El 30 de marzo de 2025, el presidente nombró un gobierno títere de transición por un periodo indefinido. En este gobierno, a modo de agradecimiento, Al Golani tiene previsto nombrar ministro de Cultura a un empleado de Al Yazira y ministro de Información a un estudiante del Instituto de Estudios Avanzados de Doha, dirigido por Azmi Bishara.

- El Gran Muftí de la República y el Consejo de la Fatwa fueron nombrados por una mayoría conocida por su “pureza” ideológica yihadista y por considerar un deber religioso limpiar el país de sectas descarriadas, laicistas, demócratas y patriotas. Según el jeque Nabulsi, una de sus tareas es supervisar las leyes y la legislación y su compatibilidad con la sharia.

Gran parte de la desgastada y cansada clase política sigue hablando de los nuevos ropajes del nuevo príncipe, del descubrimiento de su brillante potencial que ha permanecido enterrado durante 14 años, y de su joven equipo que devolverá al Levante su gloria omeya, mientras que la nueva autoridad está demostrando todos los pilares de la construcción de una autoridad totalitaria sectaria que vive de alimentar el discurso del odio entre los diferentes segmentos de la sociedad y de demostrar el racismo y la discriminación religiosa en todas sus nuevas estructuras.

En honor a la verdad y a la historia, los nuevos responsables no han velado sus opiniones y posiciones, sino que han sido más abiertos y claros en su visión de la construcción del Estado. Cuando hace unos años planteamos la cuestión de la necesidad de crear un nuevo ejército nacional sirio, el primero en responder fue el «general» Anas Jattab, comandante de la Inteligencia General y actual ministro del Interior, que dio una respuesta descarada en su ensayo titulado “Decisión sobre la afiliación a grupos y ejércitos patrióticos”:

“El Islam basa la lealtad y la deslealtad en la religión, luchando en nombre de la religión y promoviendo su palabra.

Los hijos de la misma patria son leales entre sí, cualquiera que sea su religión, porque el musulmán es hermano del cristiano, hermano del judío, hermano del ateo, hermano del apóstata, no hay diferencia entre ellos, y ninguno es favorecido sobre el otro, porque todos son hijos de la misma patria.

El Islam afirma clara y explícitamente que {los creyentes son hermanos}, {los hombres y mujeres creyentes son hermanos entre sí}, y {el musulmán es hermano del musulmán}.

El patriotismo hace que los miembros de una misma nación sean iguales en derechos y deberes -independientemente de sus diferentes religiones, ¡de modo que un cristiano, un judío, un ateo y un apóstata tienen los mismos derechos que un musulmán!

Por ejemplo, en el patriotismo es un derecho general para todos los ciudadanos -sea cual sea su religión-, incluso si son ateos o apóstatas, mientras que en el islam sólo se permite a los musulmanes, y sólo se permite a los que sólo son musulmanes”.

Y añadió: “El patriotismo es una doctrina filosófica que contradice la religión del Islam, por lo que no está permitido creer en él ni afiliarse a él, ya sea de verdad o para engañar al enemigo, aunque el juicio no es el mismo en los dos casos, pues el primero se rige por la incredulidad y el segundo por la prohibición”.

Jattab afirma claramente que no construirá una institución militar nacional siria, ya que ello significaría la igualdad entre musulmanes y no musulmanes, predeterminando el color, la secta y el credo del nuevo ejército.

Ayer, los habitantes de Naua se plantaron a pecho descubierto ante la agresión israelí, que no ha cesado desde el 8 de diciembre de 2024. 9 mártires cayeron en este enfrentamiento con el enemigo israelí...

No sabemos si Abu Qasra, Jattab, Al-Sharaa y Atoun alabarán a los mártires del Hauran y se referirán a ellos como tales, ya que no son ellos los que han dicho una y otra vez durante 14 años: “Cualquiera que sea asesinado por la patria no puede ser llamado mártir, porque el martirio es un estatus puramente religioso, no una medalla de honor humana que la gente somete a sus filosofías e ideas equivocadas”...

Día tras día, a los sirios y sirias les va quedando claro que el modelo de HTS que prevalece hoy no funciona, y que la idea infernal con la que se intimida y seduce a los sirios: “Nosotros o el diluvio” se convertirá en una maldición para sus dueños...

Las sociedades humanas están familiarizadas con el fenómeno del suicidio individual, pero nunca se han puesto de acuerdo, ni siquiera bajo el dominio de las peores formas de tiranía, para cometer un suicidio colectivo en beneficio de sus opresores.

- On December 8, 2024, elite forces made up mainly of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham took control of key points in Damascus: the House of Radio and Television, the Central Bank, the city’s main traffic circles, the presidential palace and the main police stations. They set up checkpoints. Most of these men were masked and wore outfits with the Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham logo.

- A campaign of liquidation and bloodletting of non-Sunni state institutions soon began, and the term “al-Fulol” (residues, remnants of the old regime) became the key word for the enemies of the new authority in this group’s conception of the conflict in Syria, namely a struggle against “an Alawite regime that jurists have unanimously described as apostate”. The first decision was to apply Ibn Taymiyyah’s fatwa to the letter: “It is not permissible for anyone to help them remain in the ranks of soldiers and servants, and it is not permissible for anyone to remain silent about carrying out what God and His Messenger have ordered.”

- The transfer of power took place very quickly: the HTS  government in Idlib was transferred in its entirety to Damascus to restructure state institutions throughout the country according to the “successful Idlib model” (Hakan Fidan). In Syria’s smallest province, 11 prisons had been built to control security! With the organization and installation of “jihadist immigrants” in the homes of half the province’s inhabitants, who became refugees and displaced persons, Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham succeeded in controlling the security situation.

- The Military Operations Command has secured the living conditions of its militiamen in the confiscated homes of officers and non-commissioned officers, and the command has issued a ruling that members of the deposed regime’s army and police should remain in their homes and then be summoned individually to decide their fate. We received a non-exhaustive list of the names of 13,000 soldiers and officers held in inhuman conditions in eight prisons* .

- From the outset, attacks on Alawites as such began randomly and irregularly, but systematically due to the need to exclude anyone belonging to this sect from public educational, health, livelihood, military and security institutions, in accordance with Ibn Taymiyyah’s fatwa. The new security forces have encouraged what they call “private law”, which means that a Sunni citizen who has been wronged or who has lost a martyr in his family can assert his rights with the nearest Alawite neighbor to his home or neighborhood. At checkpoints manned by the new authorities, it has become not uncommon to be asked, “Are you Alawite or Sunni?” There were provocations against Christians in their neighborhoods, which were limited after European reactions.

- Public sector workers’ files were collected. The decision to dismiss over 28% of civil servants has been taken, a figure confirmed by the relevant ministries.

- Employees of the security services, the police and the Syrian army were summoned, arrested and prosecuted, with or without settlement. During the first month, the salaries of public sector employees in various sectors were not paid.

- Al-Sharaa issued a decree granting the highest ranks in the “New Army” (composed in part of foreign jihadists, mainly from Central Asia: Uighurs, Uzbeks, Turkestanis and others) to 49 Syrians and non-Syrians, who became generals, brigadiers and colonels with a note and paper signed by him. A week later, the construction of the new army units, led by Jordanian-Turkish-Egyptian jihadists, was completed. Thousands of dissident officers, despite belonging to the Sunni sect, were not recalled, and the opinion on this had long ago been clearly expressed by Anas Khattab, who was appointed Director of General Intelligence and then Minister of the Interior: “It is not permissible to join groups and armies that belong to the doctrine of patriotism, because they are heretical groups, and their fight is not waged for God, but for the homeland, and whoever is killed for the homeland cannot be called a martyr, because martyrdom is a purely religious status, not a human medal of honor that people submit to their erroneous philosophies and ideas” (Anas Khattab, Ruling on Affiliation with Patriotic Groups and Armies).

- It became clear that the new team wanted to monopolize control of the intelligence services, internal security and the army before tackling any other issue. As a result, Sunni affiliation, religious upbringing and a willingness to defend “true Islam” became conditions of employment in the police and security services.

- Since the establishment of the first de facto government in Idlib, the HTS ‘s aim has been total control of trade unions, collective action and the various forms of civil society. The seven governments in Idlib have confiscated the most important projects born of civil and popular initiatives and placed them under their control. So far, it seems clear that the process of transferring this dystopian model to Damascus is well underway.

- On January 29, 2025, the “Victory Conference” was held, which, based on the principle that those who “liberate” decide, dissolved the army, security and police institutions, as well as negotiating bodies, parties and trade union groups... In its first and final session, the Victory Military Conference is given the powers of ahl al hal wa al aqed أهل الحل والعقد , “the people of the solution and the contract” and appoints Ahmad al-haraa as President of the Republic, with the power to form a constitutional council, approve constitutional principles and form a transitional government.

- On March 6, a small group of former military personnel take security personnel hostage. Ahmed al-Sharaa declares general mobilization against the rebels, calls for jihad are launched in many mosques and all latent sectarian instincts are mobilized. Some fifteen armed factions, mainly made up of foreign jihadists, stormed the Syrian coastal area (Sahel), chanting “Death to the Alawites”.

- Over the next four days, 25 massacres were documented, 811 videos were verified, and 2,246 victims were identified. We also have a list of 2,100 missing Alawite civilians. 42 victims of other religious affiliations have also been recorded, killed for their solidarity with the civilians or for trying to hide them. This council, made up of a group of people whose hands are stained with Syrian blood, is tasked with coordinating and managing the country’s policies.

- We are approaching the end of the fourth month since HTS entered Damascus, and no political decisions have been taken regarding the catastrophic economic situation in which all the inhabitants of HTS-controlled areas live.

- A puppet transition government was appointed by the President on March 30, 2025, for an indefinite period. In this government, by way of thanks, al-Joulani plans to appoint an Al Jazeera employee as Minister of Culture and an intern from the Doha Institute headed by Azmi Bishara as Minister of Education.

- The Grand Mufti of the Republic and the Fatwa Council were appointed by a majority known for its jihadist ideological “purity” and for considering it a religious duty to cleanse the country of misguided sects, secularists, democrats and patriots. According to Sheikh Nabulsi, one of his tasks is to monitor laws and legislation and their compatibility with Sharia law.

Much of the worn-out and tired political class is still talking about the new prince’s new clothes, the discovery of his brilliant potential that had remained buried for 14 years, and his young team that will restore the Levant to its Umayyad glory, while the new authority is erecting all the pillars for the construction of a sectarian totalitarian authority that lives by stoking hate speech between different segments of society and displaying racism and religious discrimination in all its new structures.

For truth and history’s sake, the new rulers have not veiled their opinions and positions, but have been more open and clear in their vision of state-building. When we raised the need for a new Syrian national army a few years ago, the first person to respond was “General” Anas Khattab, Commander of General Intelligence and current Minister of the Interior, who shamelessly replied in his essay entitled “Ruling on affiliation to patriotic groups and armies”:

“Islam bases loyalty and disloyalty on religion, fighting in the name of religion and promoting its word.

The sons of the same homeland are loyal to each other, whatever their religion, for the Muslim is the brother of the Christian, the brother of the Jew, the brother of the atheist, the brother of the apostate, there is no difference between them, and none is favored over the other, for they are all sons of the same homeland.

Islam clearly and explicitly states that {believers are brothers}, {believing men and women are brothers to each other}, and {the Muslim is the brother of the Muslim}.

Patriotism makes members of the same nation equal in rights and duties - regardless of their different religions, so that a Christian, a Jew, an atheist and an apostate have the same rights as a Muslim!

For example, in patriotism, it’s a general right for all citizens - whatever their religion - even if they’re atheists or apostates, whereas in Islam, it’s only allowed for Muslims, and it’s only allowed for those who are only Muslims”.

He added: “Patriotism is a philosophical doctrine that contradicts the religion of Islam, so it is not permissible to believe in it and affiliate with it, whether in truth or to deceive the enemy, although the judgment is not the same in both cases, for the former is governed by disbelief, and the latter by prohibition.”

Khattab clearly states that he will not build a Syrian national military institution, as this would mean equality between Muslims and non-Muslims, predetermining the color, sect and creed of the new army.

Yesterday, the inhabitants of the border town of Nawa faced, shirtless, the Israeli aggression, which has not ceased since December 8, 2024. 9 martyrs fell in this confrontation with the Israeli enemy...

We don’t know whether Abu Qasra, Khattab, Al-Sharaa and Atoun will praise the Hauran martyrs by referring to them as such, are they not the ones who said over and over again for 14 years: “Whoever is killed for the homeland cannot be called a martyr, because martyrdom is a purely religious status, not a human medal of honor that people submit to their mistaken philosophies and ideas”...

Day after day, it becomes clear to Syrian men and women that the HTS model that prevails today does not work, and that the infernal idea with which Syrians are intimidated and lured: “Us or the deluge” will turn into a curse for its owners...

Human societies are familiar with the phenomenon of individual suicide, but they have never agreed, even under the domination of the worst forms of tyranny, to commit collective suicide for the benefit of their oppressors.

- Le 8 décembre 2024, des forces d'élite composées principalement de Hayat Tahrir al-Cham ont pris le contrôle de points clés à Damas : la Maison de la radio et de la télévision, la Banque centrale, les principaux ronds-points de la ville, le palais présidentiel et les principaux postes de police. Ils ont mis en place des points de contrôle. La majorité de ces hommes étaient masqués et portaient des tenues avec le logo de Hay'at Tahrir al-Cham.

- Une campagne de liquidation et de saignée des institutions étatiques non sunnites a rapidement commencé, et le terme « al-Fouloul » (résidus, vestiges de l'ancien régime) est devenu le mot clé pour désigner les ennemis de la nouvelle autorité dans le cadre de la conception du conflit en Syrie de ce groupe, à savoir une lutte contre “un régime alaouite que les juristes ont unanimement qualifié d’apostat”. La première décision a été d'appliquer à la lettre la fatwa d'Ibn Taymiyyah : « Il n'est permis à personne de les aider à rester dans les rangs des soldats et des serviteurs, et il n'est permis à personne de se taire sur l'accomplissement de ce que Dieu et Son messager ont ordonné. »

- Le transfert du pouvoir s'est fait très rapidement : le gouvernement du HTC à Idlib a été transféré dans son intégralité à Damas afin de restructurer les institutions de l'État dans tout le pays selon le “modèle réussi d'Idlib” (Hakan Fidan). Dans la plus petite province de Syrie, 11 prisons avaient été construites pour contrôler la sécurité ! Avec l'organisation et l'installation d’ “immigrés djihadistes” dans les maisons de la moitié des habitants de la province, qui sont devenus des réfugiés et des personnes déplacées, Hay'at Tahrir al-Cham a réussi à contrôler la situation sécuritaire.

- Le Commandement des opérations militaires a sécurisé les conditions de vie de ses miliciens dans les maisons confisquées des officiers et sous-officiers, et le commandement a publié une décision selon laquelle les membres de l'armée et de la police du régime déchu devraient rester dans leurs maisons et être ensuite convoqués individuellement pour décider de leur sort. Nous avons reçu une liste non exhaustive des noms de 13 000 soldats et officiers détenus dans des conditions inhumaines dans huit prisons* .

- Dès les premiers jours, les attaques contre les Alaouites en tant que tels ont commencé de manière aléatoire et irrégulière, mais de manière systématique en raison de la nécessité d'exclure toute personne appartenant à cette secte des institutions publiques d'éducation, de santé, de subsistance, militaires et de sécurité, conformément à la fatwa d'Ibn Taymiyyah. Les nouvelles forces de sécurité ont encouragé ce qu'elles appellent le “droit privé”, ce qui signifie qu'un citoyen sunnite qui a été lésé ou qui a perdu un martyr dans sa famille peut faire valoir ses droits auprès du voisin alaouite le plus proche de son domicile ou de son quartier. Aux points de contrôle des nouvelles autorités, il n’est pas devenu rare de s’entendre demander : « Tu es alaouite ou sunnite ? » Il y a eu des provocations à l'encontre des chrétiens dans leurs quartiers, qui ont été limitées après les réactions européennes.

- Les dossiers des travailleurs du secteur public ont été collectés. La décision de licencier plus de 28 % des fonctionnaires a été prise, chiffre confirmé par les ministères concernés.

- Les employés des services de sécurité, de la police et de l'armée syrienne ont été convoqués, arrêtés et poursuivis, avec ou sans arrangement. Au cours du premier mois, les salaires des employés du secteur public dans divers secteurs n'ont pas été versés.

- Al-Charaa a publié un décret accordant les grades les plus élevés de la «Nouvelle armée» (composée en partie de djihadistes étrangers, principalement originaires d'Asie centrale : Ouïghours, Ouzbeks, Turkestans et autres) à 49 Syriens et non-Syriens, qui sont devenus généraux, brigadiers et colonels avec une note et un papier signés par lui. Une semaine plus tard, la construction des nouvelles unités de l'armée, dirigée par des djihadistes jordano-turco-égyptiens, était achevée. Des milliers d'officiers dissidents, malgré leur appartenance à la secte sunnite, n'ont pas été rappelés, et l'opinion à ce sujet avait été clairement exprimée il y a longtemps par Anas Khattab, qui a été nommé directeur des renseignements généraux, puis ministre de l'intérieur : « Il n'est pas permis de rejoindre les groupes et les armées qui appartiennent à la doctrine du patriotisme, car il s'agit de groupes hérétiques, et leur combat n'est pas mené pour Dieu, mais pour la patrie, et quiconque est tué pour la patrie ne peut être appelé martyr, car le martyre est un statut purement religieux, et non une médaille d'honneur humaine que les gens soumettent à leurs philosophies et idées erronées» (Anas Khattab, Décision sur l'affiliation à des groupes et armées patriotiques).

- Il est apparu clairement que la nouvelle équipe voulait monopoliser le contrôle des services de renseignement, de sécurité intérieure et de l'armée avant d'aborder toute autre question. Par conséquent, l'affiliation sunnite, l'éducation religieuse et la volonté de défendre le “véritable islam” sont devenues des conditions d'emploi dans les services de police et de sécurité.

- Depuis la mise en place du premier gouvernement de facto à Idlib, l'objectif du HTC a été de contrôler totalement les syndicats, les actions collectives et les différentes formes de la société civile. Les sept gouvernements d'Idlib ont confisqué les projets les plus importants nés d'initiatives civiles et populaires et les ont placés sous leur contrôle. Jusqu'à présent, il semble clair que le processus de transfert de ce modèle dystopique à Damas est en bonne voie.

- Le 29 janvier 2025 est organisée la “Conférence de la Victoire” qui, partant du principe que ceux qui “libèrent” décident, dissout l'armée, les institutions de sécurité et de police, ainsi que les organes de négociation, les partis et les groupements syndicaux... Dans sa première et dernière session, la Conférence militaire de la Victoire se voit attribuer les pouvoirs de  ahl al hal wa al aqed أهل الحل والعقد , “les gens de la solution et du contrat” et désigne Ahmad al-Charaa comme président de la République, avec le pouvoir de former un conseil constitutionnel, d'approuver les principes constitutionnels et de former un gouvernement de transition.

- Le 6 mars, un petit groupe d'anciens militaires prend en otage le personnel de sécurité. Ahmed al-Charaa déclare la mobilisation générale contre les rebelles, des appels au djihad sont lancés dans de nombreuses mosquées et tous les instincts sectaires latents sont mobilisés. Une quinzaine de factions armées, essentiellement composées de djihadistes étrangers, prennent d'assaut la zone côtière syrienne (Sahel) en scandant le slogan “Mort aux Alaouites”.

- Au cours des quatre jours suivants, 25 massacres ont été documentés, 811 vidéos ont été vérifiées et 2 246 victimes ont été identifiées. Nous disposons également d'une liste de 2 100 civils alaouites disparus. 42 victimes d'autres appartenances religieuses ont également été recensées, tuées pour leur solidarité avec les civils ou pour avoir tenté de les cacher. Par ailleurs, près de 30 000 personnes sont toujours déplacées ou réfugiées dans le nord du Liban.

- Le Sahel est au bord d'une catastrophe humanitaire sans précédent, avec 97 % de la population vivant sous le seuil de pauvreté, plus de 10 000 cas documentés d'arrestations illégales et de disparitions forcées, et une vague de licenciements massifs d'environ 2 000 fonctionnaires dans les secteurs de la santé et de l'éducation.

- Le 12 mars 2025, la présidence syrienne a annoncé, par un décret présidentiel émis par Ahmad al-Charaa* , la formation d'un Conseil de sécurité nationale composé exclusivement de responsables de Hay'at Tahrir al-Cham. Ce conseil, composé d'un groupe de personnes dont les mains sont tachées de sang syrien, a pour mission de coordonner et de gérer la politique du pays 

- Nous approchons de la fin du quatrième mois depuis l'entrée de HTC à Damas, et aucune décision politique n'a été prise concernant la situation économique catastrophique dans laquelle vivent tous les habitants des zones contrôlées par HTC.

- Un gouvernement de transition fantoche a été nommé par le président le 30 mars 2025, pour une durée indéterminée. Dans ce gouvernement, en guise de remerciement, al-Joulani envisage de confier à un collaborateur d'Al Jazeera le poste de ministre de la Culture et à un stagiaire de l’ Institut de Doha dirigé par Azmi Bishara celui de ministre de l'Information.

- Le Grand Mufti de la République et le Conseil de la Fatwa ont été nommés par une majorité connue pour sa “pureté” idéologique djihadiste et pour considérer comme un devoir religieux de nettoyer le pays des sectes égarées, des laïques, des démocrates et des patriotes. Selon le cheikh Nabulsi, l'une de ses tâches consiste à contrôler les lois et la législation et leur compatibilité avec la charia.

Une bonne partie de la classe politique usée et fatiguée parle encore des nouveaux habits du nouveau prince, de la découverte de son potentiel génial qui était resté enfoui pendant 14 ans, et de sa jeune équipe qui restaurera le Levant à sa gloire omeyyade, alors que la nouvelle autorité érige tous les piliers de la construction d'une autorité totalitaire sectaire qui vit en alimentant les discours de haine entre les différents segments de la société et en faisant preuve de racisme et de discrimination religieuse dans toutes ses nouvelles structures.

Pour la vérité et l'histoire, les nouveaux décideurs n'ont pas voilé leurs opinions et leurs positions, mais se sont montrés plus ouverts et plus clairs dans leur vision de la construction de l'État. Lorsque nous avons évoqué la nécessité de créer une nouvelle armée nationale syrienne il y a quelques années, la première personne à nous répondre a été le “général” Anas Khattab, commandant des renseignements généraux et actuel ministre de l'intérieur, qui a répondu de manière effrontée dans sa dissertation intitulée « Décision sur l'affiliation à des groupes et armées patriotiques » :

« L'islam fonde la loyauté et la déloyauté sur la religion, le combat au nom de la religion et la promotion de sa parole.

Les fils d'une même patrie sont loyaux les uns envers les autres, quelle que soit leur religion, car le musulman est le frère du chrétien, le frère du juif, le frère de l'athée, le frère de l'apostat, il n'y a pas de différence entre eux, et aucun n'est favorisé par rapport à l'autre, car ils sont tous les fils d'une même patrie.

L'Islam dit clairement et explicitement que {les croyants sont frères}, {les croyants et les croyantes sont frères les uns des autres}, et {le musulman est le frère du musulman}.

Le patriotisme rend les membres d'une même nation égaux en droits et en devoirs - indépendamment de leurs différentes religions, de sorte qu'un chrétien, un juif, un athée et un apostat ont les mêmes droits qu'un musulman !

Par exemple, dans le patriotisme, c'est un droit général pour tous les citoyens - quelle que soit leur religion - même s'ils sont athées ou apostats, alors que dans l'islam, ce n'est permis qu'aux musulmans, et ce n'est permis qu'à ceux qui ne sont que musulmans ».

Et d'ajouter : « Le patriotisme est une doctrine philosophique qui contredit la religion de l'islam, il n'est donc pas permis d'y croire et de s'y affilier, que ce soit en vérité ou pour tromper l'ennemi, bien que le jugement ne soit pas le même dans les deux cas, car le premier est régi par la mécréance, et le second par l'interdiction. »

Khattab déclare clairement qu'il ne construira pas d'institution militaire nationale syrienne, car cela signifierait l'égalité entre musulmans et non-musulmans, prédéterminant ainsi la couleur, la secte et la croyance de la nouvelle armée.

Hier, les habitants de la ville frontalière de Nawa ont fait face, torse nu, à l'agression israélienne, qui n'a pas cessé depuis le 8 décembre 2024. 9 martyrs sont tombés dans cette confrontation avec l'ennemi israélien...

Nous ne savons pas si Abou Qasra, Khattab, Al-Charaa et Atoun feront l'éloge des martyrs du Hauran en les désignant comme tels, ne sont-ils pas ceux qui ont dit et répété pendant 14 ans : « Quiconque est tué pour la patrie ne peut être appelé martyr, car le martyre est un statut purement religieux, et non une médaille d'honneur humaine que les gens soumettent à leurs philosophies et idées erronées »...

Jour après jour, il devient clair pour les Syriens et les Syriennes que le modèle HTC qui prévaut aujourd'hui ne fonctionne pas, et que l'idée infernale avec laquelle les Syriens sont intimidés et attirés : “Nous ou le déluge” se transformera en malédiction pour ses propriétaires...

Les sociétés humaines connaissent le phénomène du suicide individuel, mais elles n'ont jamais accepté, même sous la domination des pires formes de tyrannie, de se suicider collectivement au profit de leurs oppresseurs.

Cuando leemos un «mensaje sobre el juicio de la música» del nuevo ministro del Interior de Damasco, Anas Jattab, nos damos cuenta de que nuestro problema hoy en Siria no es el retorno a la «ley de Dios», sino el retorno «triunfante» a la ley de la selva. De hecho, en las palabras del creador de los términos «yihad suní» y «culto a la yihad», leemos:

«Los instrumentos musicales son la causa del terremoto, la transformación y el temblor... Este consenso ha sido reportado por Al-Qurtubi, Ibn Rayab, Ibn Salah, Ibn Hayar al-Haitami y otros"... Y el Shayj al-Islam Ibn Taymiyya, que Dios tenga misericordia de él, dijo: “Quien practica estas diversiones con un propósito religioso y para acercarse a Dios, no hay duda de su extravío e ignorancia”. En cuanto a quien lo hace por placer y entretenimiento, las escuelas de los cuatro Imames están de acuerdo en que todos los instrumentos musicales están prohibidos, pues se ha establecido en Sahih al-Bujari y en otros lugares que el Profeta, la paz sea con él, informó que habría entre su comunidad quienes hicieran lícitos la seda, el alcohol y los instrumentos musicales, y mencionó que serían convertidos en monos y cerdos”. “Los instrumentos musicales son diversiones, como mencionó la gente de la lengua, el plural de instrumento (ma'azifah) es la herramienta con la que se juega: es decir, con la que se hace ruido, y ninguno de los seguidores de los Imames discutió la prohibición de los instrumentos musicales”[1]....

Doy gracias a Dios porque mi madre creyente, que se preocupaba de rezar, ayunar, hacer la peregrinación y dar el zakat, tocaba el laúd para nosotros cuando volvíamos de visitar a mi padre encarcelado*, para aliviar nuestra pena, y porque enseñó matemáticas y ciencias naturales a más de una generación. Nos dejó antes de que viéramos y oyéramos lo que vemos y leemos hoy, procedente de aquellos a quienes Hassan Abud, fundador del movimiento Ahrar al Sham en Siria, describió como “recién llegados, hijos de la juventud, carentes de sabiduría, sin conocimientos de religión ni de política legítima”.

El problema de los takfiristas no se limita a su rechazo de la música, el pensamiento y la poesía, ni a su visión de cualquier desacuerdo cultural como un peligro para ahl alsunna, “la gente de la sunna”.  Va más allá, afectando a su visión global del hombre, del Islam, de los sistemas políticos y de los grupos humanos. Repiten odiosamente un famoso versículo atribuido al Imam Al-Shafi'i:

“Todo conocimiento fuera del Corán es una distracción.... Excepto la enseñanza del hadiz y la jurisprudencia religiosa”.

“El conocimiento es el que contiene la narración ‘Hemos oído’..... Todo lo demás son sugestiones de demonios”.

En cuanto a los sistemas políticos, se critica constantemente a los reformadores musulmanes en los siguientes términos:

“Les hemos visto autorizar la democracia en nombre de la consulta... ¡Mienten!

Antes de eso, autorizaron el socialismo...

Y autorizaron la legislación al margen de Alá y la creación de partidos políticos con el pretexto de aplicar la sharia... ¡Afirman!

Y han permitido que una mujer y un cristiano gobiernen a los musulmanes...

Y han prohibido la rebelión contra el gobernante sin lo que Alá ha mandado...

¡Y han considerado a los laicistas, comunistas, liberales, socialistas y demás como musulmanes creyentes!

Y consideraron a los cristianos como hermanos de los musulmanes...

¡¡¡Y permitieron la ocupación americana de Afganistán !!!

¡¡¡Y algunos de ellos permitieron que los cristianos infieles asistieran a misa y les felicitaran por el nombramiento de sus papas !!!

Y algunos de ellos han permitido que los hombres se afeiten la barba....

Y algunos de ellos han permitido a las mujeres llevar pantalones....

Y otras innovaciones y extravíos que difunden entre los musulmanes como si fueran certezas de la religión del Islam... Y Alá nos basta y es nuestro mejor protector” [2].

¿Qué es la yihad suní?

Anas Jattab responde: “La yihad, además de ser un acto de culto, es también una de las actividades del individuo en su vida. La historia de la humanidad y su realidad contemporánea atestiguan el hecho de que los seres humanos deben luchar unos contra otros, sea cual sea la razón o motivación de esta lucha... ¡! El Islam ha venido a guiar esta lucha y a clasificarla como un acto de adoración”.

Para los takfiristas, el destino del hombre es luchar contra los demás, y este «otro» puede inventarse según convenga. Se le llama «nusayri» en Siria, «cristiano» o “chií” en otros países, y «sectas descarriadas» en otros lugares. El concepto se amplía y se reduce según las necesidades, y basta un caricaturista europeo o un acta falsificada cuidadosamente preparada de una persona de la que se dice que pertenece a la secta drusa unitaria para desencadenar la guerra. El pueblo se moviliza fácilmente, y los historiadores suelen cansarse de mencionar precedentes. Aquellos cuyos derechos al conocimiento, al trabajo y a la cultura han sido pisoteados se movilizan para defender «la religión», «el Profeta» y «el dogma». Se mueven como lobos hacia sus congéneres para liberarse de aquellos a los que pueden alcanzar con sus garras, apoyando a Dios y a su Profeta.

Esto nos recuerda la historia que cuenta Yaqut al-Hamaui en su «Diccionario de ciudades»: “Los habitantes de la ciudad eran tres grupos: los shafiíes, que eran los menos numerosos, los hanafíes, que eran los más numerosos, y los chiíes, que constituían la mayoría... La rivalidad entre suníes y chiíes se intensificó, y los hanafíes y los shafíes se unieron contra ellos. Estallaron guerras, todas victoriosas para los shafiíes, a pesar de su escaso número. Pero Dios les apoyó. Los habitantes de Rustaq, que eran hanafíes, acudieron a la ciudad con armas y apoyaron a sus correligionarios, pero esto no les benefició, hasta que fueron exterminados. Estos lugares en ruinas que ves son los lugares de los chiíes y los hanafíes, mientras que este distrito conocido por los shafiíes permanece. Y de los chiíes y hanafíes sólo quedan los que ocultan su doctrina”.[4]

Desde el nacimiento de Jabhat al-Nusra bajo el mando de Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, sus principales consignas han sido "La democracia es un pecado y una incredulidad", "Los cristianos deben ser cazados en Beirut, y los nusayris a los ataúdes". La yihad en Siria y para Siria es "contra los nusayris y sus aliados", "contra el régimen nusayri y las milicias chiíes", y en apoyo del pueblo de la Sunna. El grupo ha recibido fondos de todo el Golfo, alcanzando un "despilfarro" de mil millones de dólares en su tercer año, según Abu Mohamed al-Golani. También ha sido una oportunidad para que los Estados del Golfo se deshicieran de aquellos que no han logrado rehabilitar entre los detenidos de Guantánamo y Al Qaeda, siendo el jefe de la inteligencia saudí Bandar bin Sultan el responsable de eliminarlos en el infierno sirio. También era una oportunidad para enviar salafistas del Magreb a Oriente. Sin embargo, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan y el director del MIT [servicio e inteligencia turco] en aquel momento, Hakan Fidan, vieron en ello una oportunidad para liderar el “islam suní” y apoderarse de los fondos del Golfo. El resultado fue que lo que habían imaginado como un paseo de uno o dos años se convirtió en una pesadilla con la llegada de la mayor masa de refugiados sirios a su territorio. A pesar de ello, el gobierno turco ha conseguido hacer una enorme inversión económica y geopolítica en la tragedia siria, y sigue haciéndolo.

La apertura de las fronteras de Turquía a decenas de miles de combatientes no sirios para la yihad ha alterado por completo el mapa de las fuerzas que se oponen al régimen dictatorial sirio. Las voces democráticas han sido marginadas, y pronunciar el lema de la revolución siria “El pueblo sirio es uno” se ha convertido en blasfemia y herejía, hasta que palabras como "pueblo", "libertad", "soberanía" y "Estado nacional" son ahora objeto de asalto y provocan ataques por parte de las facciones armadas de la oposición. Cuando Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham se hizo con el control de gran parte de la provincia de Idlib, se empezó a trabajar en serio para “limpiar” la ciudad de cualquiera que difiriera de Jabhat al-Nusra en estilo de vida y costumbres... Se aplicaron sanciones contra los”desviados e infractores”, que condujeron al exilio de un tercio de la población. En algunos pueblos se han creado complejos yihadistas según el país de origen de los combatientes, como para los uigures, chechenos y marroquíes... Incluso algunos franceses se han instalado allí donde se encuentran los que han sido expulsados u obligados a huir. Resulta irónico que quienes huían de la reforma social en Arabia Saudí trajeran consigo recuerdos de la «Comisión para la Promoción de la Virtud y la Prevención del Vicio» en Idlib, con generosa financiación de organizaciones “caritativas” wahabíes de Qatar y Arabia Saudí, para propagar el uso del niqab, prohibir las mezclas en restaurantes y oficinas e impedir la entrada de mujeres no acompañadas en las tiendas. También prohibieron la venta de ropa femenina a los hombres y vigilaron los salones de bodas y los actos festivos para prohibir “comportamientos inmorales”, así como el consumo público de shisha en calles, tiendas y restaurantes. También prohibieron los cortes de pelo exagerados y los comportamientos “inapropiados”, y vigilaron a las chicas y chicos jóvenes en los centros educativos y en los medios de transporte.

Después de que los “juristas” y los “yihadistas” empezaran a llevar corbata, la euforia llegó a algunos decepcionados que pensaban que la gente se había olvidado de ellos, pero empezaron a hablar de “opresión suní” y a buscar los méritos de los que “liberaron y decidieron”... Olvidaron que cambiar la piel de una serpiente no elimina el veneno de sus mordeduras. El ataque a la zona costera reveló la naturaleza instintiva de quienes se han convertido en el nuevo poder en Damasco. Nawar Jabour describe la tragedia de la limpieza sectaria diciendo: “Las masacres que tuvieron lugar en la costa añadieron una dimensión en la que los alauíes se convirtieron en un enemigo explícito, asesinados y filmados muertos, sus tiendas y tierras incendiadas, y son perseguidos incluso cuando huyen a los bosques o a los valles. Pero lo que era aún más cruel era el asesinato ritualizado o inspirado, en el que los asesinos se aseguraban de llevar a cabo las masacres de acuerdo con lo que se había prescrito religiosamente contra los “nusayris”, lo que consagraba la naturaleza religiosa de la violencia, de modo que el mensaje no sólo iba dirigido a las víctimas, sino que sus propios cuerpos se convertían en un mensaje político y religioso. El asesinato no era sólo un acto gratuito de violencia, sino que circulaban vídeos que documentaban asesinatos festivos, en los que el objetivo no era sólo eliminar físicamente a las víctimas, sino jactarse de destruir sus propiedades y robarlas. Se alardeaba abiertamente de haber saqueado las casas de los asesinados, y los combatientes blandían las pertenencias de los habitantes como botín, ilustrando el orgullo del robo, al igual que los sirios habían observado anteriormente con los soldados del régimen depuesto y las milicias de defensa nacional. Las víctimas asesinadas se han convertido en símbolos de la victoria de la fe, donde el deber sagrado de la purificación se manifiesta en los cuerpos asesinados y abandonados a la vista de todos, consolidando una imagen a largo plazo de que son rechazados política, religiosa y espiritualmente.” [7]

Hasta el día de hoy, la autoridad de Ahmad al-Charaa no ha emitido ninguna decisión clara para poner fin a las agresiones que afectan a la tierra, la propiedad y el derecho a la seguridad de los alauíes como tales.

Es difícil saber quién hizo una grabación de audio y la atribuyó a un sirio de la comunidad drusa, pero es fácil seguir las reacciones entre los que ahora se definen oficialmente como “elementos y facciones indisciplinado”. Por un golpe de genio y en nombre de la defensa del profeta Mohamed, el versículo coránico “Nadie soporta la carga de otr” fue modificado en la mente de las multitudes (sin el «no»), y el Partido de la Movilización y el Odio se dirigió a la Siria en miniatura (Jaramana) para vengarse de sus habitantes en un asunto que no les concernía. El número de víctimas de esta locura colectiva superó el centenar, con decenas de detenidos y desaparecidos.

¿No es el partido de las tres T (altakfir ualtahrim ualtafjir, التكفير والتحريم والتفجير) el que realmente ostenta hoy el poder sobre las autoridades de seguridad y militares? ¿Puede Ahmad Al-Charaa dirigir críticas o quejas a quienes ha nombrado miembros del Consejo de Seguridad Nacional, una autoridad por encima de todo? ¿Hay alguien entre ellos, incluido el nuevo jefe de los servicios de inteligencia, cuyas manos no estén manchadas con la sangre de los sirios?

¿Puede alguna persona razonable creer hoy que la “autoridad de transición” de Damasco quiere construir una Siria para tod@s l@s siri@s?

Below is Chapter 3 of the forthcoming book “Manifesto Against Jihadist Fascism”. [chapter 1 chapter 2 ]

When we read a “message on the judgment of music” from the new Minister of Interior of Damascus, Anas Khattab, we realize that our problem in Syria today is not about returning to “the law of God,” but about triumphantly returning to the law of the jungle. Indeed, from the creator of the terms “Sunni jihad” and “cult of jihad,” we read:

“The musical instruments are the cause of earthquakes, transformations, and tremors... This consensus has been reported by Al-Qurtubi, Ibn Rajab, Ibn Salah, Ibn Hajar al-Haytami, and others... And the Sheikh of Islam Ibn Taymiyya, may God have mercy on him, said: “Whoever practices these amusements for a religious purpose and to draw closer to God, there is no doubt about his misguidance and ignorance.” “As for the one who does it for pleasure and entertainment, the schools of the four imams agree that all musical instruments are prohibited, for it has been established in Sahih al-Bukhari and elsewhere that the Prophet, peace be upon him, informed that there would be among his community those who would make permissible silk, alcohol, and musical instruments, and he mentioned that they would be transformed into monkeys and pigs.” “Musical instruments are amusements, as mentioned by the people of the language; the plural of instrument (ma'azifah) is the tool with which one plays: that is, with which one makes noise, and none of the followers of the imams has disputed the prohibition of musical instruments”...

I thank God that my believing mother, who was diligent in praying, fasting, performing pilgrimage, and giving zakat, played the lute for us when we returned from visiting my imprisoned father*, to lighten our sorrow, and that she taught mathematics and natural sciences to more than one generation. She left us before seeing and hearing what we see and read today, coming from those whom Hassan Aboud, the founder of the Ahrar al-Sham movement in Syria, called “newcomers, children of youth, devoid of wisdom, without knowledge of religion or legitimate politics.”

The problem with the takfiris is not limited to their rejection of music, thought, and poetry, nor to their consideration of any cultural disagreement as a danger to ‘’ahl al-sunnah, “the people of the sunnah." It goes beyond that, touching on their overall vision of man, Islam, political systems, and human groups. They odiously repeat a famous verse attributed to Imam Al-Shafi'i:

“All knowledge outside of the Quran is a distraction... Except for the teaching of hadiths and religious jurisprudence.”

“Knowledge is what contains the narrative ‘We have heard’... Everything else is merely suggestions from demons.” 

Regarding political systems, there are constant criticisms of Muslim reformers such as:

“We have seen them permit democracy in the name of consultation... They lie!

Before that, they permitted socialism...

And they allowed legislation outside of Allah and the creation of political parties under the pretext of applying sharia... They claim!

And they permitted a woman and a Christian to govern Muslims...

And they forbade rebellion against the ruler without what Allah has revealed...

And they considered secularists, communists, liberals, socialists, and others to be believing Muslims!

And they regarded Christians as brothers of Muslims...

And they allowed the American occupation of Afghanistan!!!

And some of them permitted attending the mass of infidel Christians and congratulating them on the appointment of their popes!!

And some of them allowed men to shave their beards...

And some of them allowed women to wear pants...

And other innovations and misguidances that they spread among Muslims as certainties in the religion of Islam... And Allah is sufficient for us, and He is our best protector.”

 

What is Sunni Jihad?

Anas Khattab responds: “Jihad, in addition to being an act of worship, is also one of the individual's activities in life. The history of humanity and its contemporary reality testify that human beings must fight others, regardless of the reason or motivation for that fight...! Islam has come to orient this fight and classify it among acts of worship.” 

For the takfiris, the destiny of man is to fight others, and this “other” can be fabricated as needed. It is called "Nusayri" in Syria, "Christian" or "Shia n other countries, and "misguided sects" elsewhere. The concept expands and contracts according to needs, and it only takes a European caricaturist or a carefully prepared falsified recording of a person purportedly belonging to the Druze unitarian sect to ignite war. The people are easily mobilized, and historians often have enough examples to cite. Those whose rights to knowledge, work, and culture have been trampled mobilize to defend "the religion," "the Prophet," and "the dogma." They move like wolves towards their kind to liberate themselves from those their claws can reach, in support of God and His Prophet.

This reminds us of the story recounted by Yaqout al-Hamawi in his “Dictionary of Cities”: “The inhabitants of the city were three groups: the Shafi'is, who were the fewest, the Hanafis, who were the most numerous, and the Shiites, who constituted the majority... The rivalry between Sunnis and Shiites intensified, and the Hanafis and Shafi'is united against them. Wars broke out, all victorious for the Shafi'is, despite their small number. But God supported them. The inhabitants of Rustaq, who were Hanafis, came to the city armed and supported their co-religionists, but it brought them nothing, until they were exterminated. These ruined places you see are the places of the Shiites and Hanafis, while the neighborhood known for the Shafi'is remains. And only those who hide their doctrine remain among the Shiites and Hanafis.”[4]

Since the birth of “Jabhat al-Nusra” under the command of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the main slogans they have expressed are: "Democracy is a sin and disbelief," "Christians must be pursued in Beirut, and the Nusayris to their coffins." The jihad in Syria and for Syria is "against the Nusayris and their allies," "against the Nusayri regime and the Shiite militias," and in support of the people of the sunnah. Funds have flowed from all Gulf countries to this group, reaching "wasted" amounts of a billion dollars during its third year, according to Abu Mohammed al-Joulani. This was also an opportunity for Gulf countries to rid themselves of those they had failed to rehabilitate among the Guantanamo detainees and Al-Qaeda prisoners, with the Saudi intelligence director Bandar bin Sultan taking charge of eliminating them in the Syrian furnace. This also provided an opportunity to send Salafists from the Maghreb to the East! However, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and the then head of Turkey's MIT (National Intelligence Organization), Hakan Fidan, viewed it as an opportunity to steer "Sunni Islam" and seize Gulf funds. The result was that what they had imagined as a one or two-year stroll turned into a nightmare with the arrival of the largest wave of Syrian refugees onto Turkish soil. Despite this, the Turkish government managed to make substantial economic and geopolitical investments in the Syrian tragedy, and this continues to this day.

The opening of Turkish borders to tens of thousands of non-Syrian fighters for jihad completely changed the map of forces opposed to the Syrian dictatorial regime. Democratic voices were marginalized, and mentioning the slogan of the Syrian revolution “The Syrian people are one” became blasphemy and heresy, to the point that words like "people," "freedom," "sovereignty," and "national state" are now fought against and provoke attacks from armed opposition factions. 

With the takeover of Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham over a significant part of Idlib province, serious work began to "cleanse" the city of anyone who differed from "Jabhat al-Nusra" in lifestyle and habits... Sanctions were imposed against "deviants and violations," leading to the exile of a third of the population. In some villages, jihadist complexes were established according to the fighters' country of origin, such as for the Uyghurs, Chechens, and Moroccans... Even French individuals settled where those who were expelled or forced to flee had lived. It is ironic that those who fled social reforms in Saudi Arabia brought with them the memories of the “Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice” to Idlib, with generous funding from Wahhabi “charity” organizations in Qatar and Saudi Arabia, to propagate the wearing of the niqab, prohibit mixing in restaurants and offices, and prevent the presence of unaccompanied women in shops. 

Additionally, it was also forbidden to sell women's clothing to men and to monitor wedding halls and festive events to prohibit “immoral behaviors,” as well as the public consumption of shisha in streets, shops, and restaurants. They also prohibited exaggerated haircuts and “inappropriate behaviors,” monitoring young girls and boys in educational institutes and public transport.

After the "jurists" and "jihadists" began wearing ties, the euphoria reached several disillusioned individuals who thought that people had forgotten them; however, they began to speak of "Sunni oppression" and sought the merits of those who "liberated and decided." They forgot that a snake changing its skin does not remove the venom from its bites. The attack on the coastal region revealed the instinctual nature of those who became the new power in Damascus. Nawar Jabour describes the tragedy of sectarian cleansing by saying: “The massacres that took place on the coast added a dimension where the Alawites became an explicit enemy, killed and filmed dead, their shops and lands set ablaze, and they were pursued even when fleeing to the forests or valleys. But what was even more cruel was the ritualized murder or inspired killings, where the murderers ensured that the massacres were executed according to what had been religiously prescribed against the 'Nusayris,' which consecrated the religious character of the violence, so that the message was not only directed at the victims, but their very bodies became a political and religious message. The murder was not merely an act of senseless violence; videos circulated documenting celebratory murders, where the goal was not just to physically eliminate the victims, but to boast about destroying their properties and stealing them. An open bragging about the looting of the homes of the slain, with fighters brandishing the belongings of the inhabitants as spoils, illustrating the pride in theft—just as Syrians had previously observed with the soldiers of the fallen regime and the national defence militias. The murdered victims became symbols of the victory of faith, wherein the sacred duty of purification manifested itself on the bodies left dead and abandoned for all to see, solidifying a long-term image that they are politically, religiously, and spiritually rejected.”

To this day, the authority of Ahmad al-Sharaa has not issued any clear decision to put an end to the aggressions affecting the lands, properties, and the right to security of the Alawites as such!

It is difficult to determine who fabricated an audio recording and attributed it to a Syrian from the Druze community, but it is easy to follow the reactions among those who are now officially defined as “undisciplined elements and factions.” With a stroke of genius, and in the name of defending the Prophet Muhammad, the Quranic verse “No one bears the burden of another” was modified in the minds of the crowds (without the “no”), and the Party of Mobilization and Hatred directed itself towards the miniature Syria (Jaramana) to take revenge on its inhabitants in an affair that did not concern them. The number of victims in this collective madness exceeded one hundred, with dozens of detainees and missing persons.

Is it not the party of the three “T’s” (takfir, tahreem, and tafjir, التكفير والتحريم والتفجير) that truly holds power over the security and military authorities today? Can Ahmad Al-Sharaa address criticisms or complaints to those he appointed to the National Security Council, an authority above all? Is there anyone among them, including the new head of intelligence, whose hands are not stained with the blood of Syrians?

Can a reasonable person today believe that the “transitional authority” in Damascus wants to build a Syria for all Syrians?
